Are there any unique zombie movies?

All the zombie movies i've seen have been more or less similar. Sick
person, goes to hospital, attacks someone, exponentially spreads,
small group of survivors stick together. And they're all based in
present day

So are there any which don't follow this trend? or which are based in
different times. If not then any good zombie film'd be good :D
