How can I find out when a movie is filming and try out for it?

There are two books that I am pretty sure are gonna be movies soon,
one is the Maximum Ride Series and the other is the Mortal Instruments
series....I dont want to use any of the websites that you make an
account on and have to pay money for....anybody help me?
